All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, game designs, and computer code, is owned by or licensed to Paradise Game Hubs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content on the Platform.

7. Virtual Coins and In-Game Items

Virtual coins and all other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are provided solely to facilitate entertainment gameplay. Virtual Items have no real monetary value and cannot under any circumstances be converted to real currency, traded, sold, or transferred to another person or account.

We may modify, reset, or terminate virtual currencies at any time without notice or compensation. You acknowledge that you have no ownership interest in any Virtual Items and that any Virtual Items associated with your account may be reduced, eliminated, or changed.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
